Pick-Up Orders:
Need to change your plans? We've got you covered.
Before your order is "Ready for Pickup":
• Contact the store directly
• Use the "Orders" section in the Picta app or on the website
The good news? You won't be charged if you cancel before your order is ready.
If your order is already "Ready for Pickup" or picked up:
• Request a refund through your "Ready to Pick Up" email
• Or find it in the "Orders" section in the app or website Just make sure you're using the same device you ordered with.
• Or request a refund through our form here
We'll process your refund ASAP. For any in-store payments, the store team will handle that part.
Home Delivery Orders:
Once your order is placed, it's already in motion, which means we can’t cancel or change it.
