Order Mix-up

I received photo prints that are not my own

It is possible that a photo from another order can slip into your photo envelope and while this is very rare if you do find yourself in this case:

1. For in-store pickup orders, please bring the photo back to your local store so that it can be reattributed to the correct order.
2. For home shipping orders, please throw any prints that are not your own into the trash.
